Successful management meetings are backed by a disciplined and creative business plan - including a defined purpose, substantive content and agenda, and superb execution. We create innovative meetings and professional experiences that inspire bold ideas, learning, action, and critical follow-through - within and across businesses, for corporate clients, global consulting and professional organizations, and institutions of higher learning.

We are currently studying exemplary women leaders to explore their successes including the business strategies and leadership competencies that drive results. The findings from phase 1 were presented at the Wharton School in November 2002 and were used to structure an interactive session on Exemplary Make It Happen Leadership. We anticipate that other business forums and organizations will want to discuss the results and apply this new profile of success to their own situations.

We are using this initiative to:

• Coach and support leaders so they can take their leadership to the next level



• Develop new ways to learn what it takes to lead and how to develop leadership



• Create new approaches for teaching, convening, and supporting leaders
